This covers jornos.com, the website of Jornos LLC, and how our products treat what you make in them.

Who we are

Jornos LLC is a United States company. This website is jornos.com. Our contact address is support@jornos.com. When this policy says “we,” it means Jornos LLC.

If a sentence here is unclear, write to us and we will answer in plain language.

This website

jornos.com is a static site. You can read it without an account. We do not ask you to sign in. There is no store and no comment thread.

The pages do not set cookies, and they do not include advertising scripts. The contact form does not send your message to a server of ours. It opens your own email app, addressed to support@jornos.com, with what you typed filled in. You can also write to that address directly.

Fonts are files we host with the site. Loading a page does not call a third-party font service.

Email you send us

If you email support@jornos.com, we receive what you put in that message: your address, your name if you give one, and the words themselves. We use it to reply, to help with the products, and to keep a record of the conversation.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote to us. You can ask us to delete a conversation. We will, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason. Write to the same address and say so.

Logs and analytics

We do not set cookies on jornos.com today, and we do not load an analytics tool.

The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary server logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser you used. They keep those logs to run and protect the server. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

If we later count page visits, we will update this page first and say what it collects. We will not turn that on quietly.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only when you ask us to (for example, when you email us and we reply), when a host processes a request in order to serve the site, or when the law requires it.

Routine Player

Routine Player is a local-first web app at routine-player.vercel.app. An iOS version is in progress. You can use the web app without an account.

The lists and routines you write are stored in your browser, on your device. Jornos does not receive them as account content. Your browser does request the app’s files from the network so the app can load. That request serves the software. It is not an upload of your list.

Clearing your browser’s site data for Routine Player removes what you saved there. Keep a copy of anything you would hate to lose.

PicJournie

PicJournie lays out photos for paper journals on your device. Layouts and photos stay in the browser. Nothing you make is uploaded to Jornos.

Clearing your browser data can erase that work. Safari may also clear site data after about a week away. PicJournie can save a backup file for you to keep. That file lives on your computer, wherever you save it, not on our servers.

The current version is 0.1.0. If a later version changes this practice, we will say so here before it does.

Children

jornos.com and our products are made for adults. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has written to us, email support@jornos.com and we will delete the message.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or the products change in a way that matters. The date at the top moves with it. The version on this page is the current one.
